Feiner v. New York

Politicians have everything at the tip of their hands. They can do and undo whatever they want, and however they feel like. Power gets you many places, and teaches what life is all about. (Don't get me wrong that not good) If their is a threat it is good bye for us, and Hawaii for them.

Irving Feiner, a young man guide in the right path. Not harming anyone, but trying to help out through expression. He gave a speech; one from the heart. He demanded right like Martin Luther King Jr., Rosa Parks, Malcom X, and other great fighters. Like these heroes were treated so was Feiner. He only did what he though was right.

Though Feiner was exercising freedom of speech, he was found guilty in the eyes of the supreme court. The Supreme Court said that he was disruptive and out of order.
